The SCCR commercial space is a refined showcase of contemporary joinery and natural finishes, thoughtfully curated to elevate a professional environment. At the forefront, the reception area is anchored by a custom-built front desk featuring Polytec Black Woodmatt joinery and Black Woodmatt Steccawood Battens in a half-round profile, contrasted by the warmth of Natural Oak Woodmatt Steccawood Battens wrapping around key elements. The desk is topped with AC Stone’s Stormclouds, which carries through to the kitchenette and executive office, offering a cohesive stone finish throughout.
A premium Evergreen Greenwall forms the backdrop to the desk, framing the custom Axolotl Applied Bronze Metal signage with a textured, brown Florentine-aged finish—bringing both branding and biomimicry into play. In the work zones, Polytec Natural Oak Woodmatt is used across office desks and cabinetry, softened by MOMO Ferrara Lip Pull handles in matt black for a minimalist aesthetic.
The bathroom vanities continue the language of design, clad in Natural Oak Steccawood Battens and finished with the same Stormclouds stone, ensuring continuity across all touchpoints.
